Currently using this for my college course, I highly recommend you buy this or rent this because it may be really helpful in the classroom environment. In saying when I use this, I think I use it more when I do my homework or when I have to study for n exam or quiz. The textbook has a bunch of useful information whether or not you are taking the class.

This textbook is written very well and makes it easy to understand the basics of geography that could otherwise be hard to comprehend. This text helped me with my geography class and taught me things that will stick with me.If you found this review helpful please click the helpful button :)

The access code was for "Modified Mastering Geography" ISBN 0134326202 and not for this book ISBN: 10:0134195426. If I get the right ISBN access code for this book, I will change my rating to a 5 star.

This book is easy to read and has great pictures. The best part though is the fact that is has links that can be scanned with your smartphone to videos. It really helps break up the monotony of reading plus helps visual learners like myself grasp some confusing concepts.

This is a jam packed book full of information and great diagrams and pictures to help understand the material. I wish I could give a better critique of the knowledge but I am starting out in a geography course and so it is all new to me. As far as book layout and organization the book is suiting my needs for the class. I understand the content in how it is explained and hope it assists me in taking something away from the course! As always textbooks are a bit on the pricey side! Wish it were a bit cheaper!

It is the book I needed, however it is filled with highlighter and EXTREMELY hard to read as it is like a rainbow of bright colors.I sometimes have a hard time focusing on text for long periods, but this was extremely hard to get through. I can't imagine having ADD or ADHD and trying to get through all the colors and crossed off sections of this book. I was a bit disappointed in the quality.

As far as textbooks go, this one is pretty good. It's very through, maybe a little too much. We didn't use the book a lot, but it proved a valuable resource when I needed clarity on lecture topic.

Came in great condition and was exactly what I needed for my Geography class! Highly recommend! Much cheaper than in the student store book store.
