A very useful book! I took it for my Media Law class at ASU's Walter Cronkite school and it's a really informative book. It explains things in a very easy-to-understand way, which I appreciated, as I had no background in law knowledge at all.

The book's vivid colors are beautiful. The paper pop-ups are sturdy. And, the reader is treated to concise explanations matching these ingenious inventions. It is a great buy for active thinkers, though it requires a smartphone or a flashlight, plus pens and blank paper, to fully enjoy all of the contraptions within. This "doing" book is perfect for use in independent learning centers, or for grandparents to share with grandchildren, or as a teaching tool in science or design classrooms. It is an irresistible treat for all ages.

Just arrived. Outstanding, beautifully captured the science of sound, cryptography, time, the universe, and geometry all through the art of paper. Cudoos to author. Worth the wait. Taking the book to work tomorrow to share with others before sending to my neice.

This book is SO COOL. Its incredible. When I opened it up I actually said out loud "how did they make this?" The construction is sturdy and well-made, and its clear that there was a lot of attention to detail. It's unlike any pop-up book I have ever seen.

This was a family Christmas gift.The page with the planetarium feature was a favorite, but the other pages revealed interesting designs and led to wonderful discussions.

Amazing! Incredible! Such attention to detail.. so educational and fun! Everyone is getting one for Christmas !

My kid's favourite parts are the string instrument, the spiro graphs, and the planetarium! He'll grow to love it more as he ages. (He recently turned 4.)

very unique book. Despite its flaws it can teach a lot for a 7 to 10 y.old

They need to change the title of this book to something that accurately describes this book.Poor construction on all "pop-ups". Spiraling doesn't work. Speaker is made of flimsy paper and can't be made round as the instructions instruct. VERY disappointed. Had I seen this in a bookstore without the wrapping I would not have bought. Not worth the money, at all.
